Enjoy the four seasons!

This project involves the renovation of a hotel. Located at the base of the ski resort, right next to the main gondola, guests can enjoy the changing expressions of nature throughout the seasons. The rooms are designed like condominiums, featuring not only bedrooms but also living rooms with kitchens, making it an ideal hotel for families. We managed everything from land purchase negotiations to design and construction management.

Hakuba Village, located in the Kitaazumi District at the foot of the Northern Alps in Nagano Prefecture, is a popular year-round destination. Known for skiing in winter and hiking in summer, it features the Ushiro-Tateyama Mountain Range to the west and the Otari Mountain Range to the east, forming the Hakuba Basin.

Home to the Happo-One Ski Resort, Japan's largest single ski resort and a venue for the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics, the area is also referred to as the "Hakuba Valley," including Omachi City and Otari Village. Internationally renowned, Hakuba Village offers rich natural beauty and the rustic charm of the Shinshu countryside, with activities to enjoy in every season.
